At Faith & Freedom, parent involvement is crucial. There are mandatory cleaning hours (1 cleaning per month per child enrolled, see volunteer policy here). Are there other ways you'd like to be involved in supporting our children's education? *

By submitting this form, I realize that I hold primary responsibility for the education of my child/children. I commit to spend time outside of co-op hours to teach, support, and nurture my child/children. Faith & Freedom exists to provide community support to the homeschool parent and child, not to provide a fully exhaustive academic school. I also give permission for my child to be photographed and shared in our private and hidden Facebook group containing already vetted members. I authorize Faith & Freedom to administer routine first aid treatment for my child/ren should they require it.
